NIS Rivers Exco Donates Generator to office of the Surveyor General

 

As part of Her Cooperate Social Responsibility, The Chairman Surv. Baridi Sunday Legbara and other Executives, on behalf of the Nigeria Institution of Surveyors, Rivers State Branch, donated a 7.5 KVA Sound Proof SUMEC FIREMAN Petrol Generator, some Litres of Petrol and Engine Oil to the Office of the Surveyor General of Rivers State.

This will in no small measure assist as an alternative measure in the aspect of power supply which is critical in the smooth delivery of services.

YSN, RIVERS STATE CHAPTER ELECTION RESULT

The election into the Executive Committee of the Young Surveyors Network (YSN) , Rivers State Chapter was held on Tuesday, 22nd February, 2022 at the Secretariat of the NIS, Rivers State Branch and the underlisted members emerged as follows:

1. Surv. Ojoh Festus Kanayo Godpower – State Coordinator

2. Surv. Pearl Chinonso Okorie – Deputy State Coordinator

3. Surv. Lawson Nwidum – Secretary

4. Mr. Wisdom Sapira – Treasurer

5. Mr. Doosu E. Phimia – Financial Secretary

6. Surv. Frank Bikume – Communication Officer

They will be inaugurated by the Chairman of the NIS, Rivers State Branch during the Monthly General Meeting of the Branch scheduled for Thursday, 24th February, 2022.
